Return
Our customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Greenhouses are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call 1-847-507-8448 within 30 days of receiving your greenhouse so we can determine to keep this return simple and less costly for you. Return freight cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original shipping charges of products shipped for free will be subtracted from the refund total

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: You must call Us +1-847-507-8448 within 30 days receipt of defective item.  We guarantee your full satisfaction on your defective item return. We will provide MISSING PARTS, please call within 30 days that a part is missing.

Please to be ensured you select your purchase carefully. It is not acceptable for refunds, credit or replacements to be offered if you change your mind make an incorrect choice or the item is not what you expected.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we received and inspected your item, we will immediately send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund payment yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
